Job Summary
The Key Account Manager (Beverages Division) will work with cafés, hotels, and restaurants to expand beverage programs and drive sales in coffee, mixers, smoothies, and other specialty beverages. The role requires a strong grasp of beverage market dynamics and the ability to bring fresh ideas that help clients design and execute successful menus.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow strong relationships with cafés, hotels, and restaurant beverage managers.
- Understand client beverage operations and recommend solutions from Emkay Food’s coffee, mixers, and smoothie ranges.
- Support clients with menu development, seasonal launches, and beverage activations.
- Drive account growth through structured sales planning, reporting, and achievement of targets.
- Ensure timely and reliable deliveries, coordinating closely with logistics and warehousing teams.
- Introduce new ideas to strengthen beverage programs, from efficiency improvements to seasonal specialties.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and account reviews, aligned with Emkay Foods’ growth objectives.
- Act as the trusted link between beverage clients and Emkay Foods’ internal teams, ensuring consistent support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Technology, or equivalent in related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in beverage sales, horeca distribution, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of the beverage market; connections with cafés and hotels are a plus.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; experience with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo preferred).
